Terms of service

Last updated: May 2, 2026

These terms govern your use of cloudroute.com, our partner application form, and (when launched) the CloudRoute partner dashboard. By using any of these you accept these terms.

These are the public, plain-English terms for the marketing site. The full Partner Agreement — separate, two-page document — is what governs membership once you're accepted into the network. The Partner Agreement controls in any conflict between these terms and your signed agreement.

Who we are

CloudRoute is an independent demand-generation partner for AWS consulting firms. We are not affiliated with Amazon Web Services. We do not sell execution services. We assess buyer needs, qualify opportunities, and route them to partner firms in our network.

Eligibility & acceptable use

  • You must be a legitimate AWS consulting firm or representative thereof to apply for the partner program.
  • Use the site for lawful purposes only. Do not attempt to access non-public areas, scrape data, abuse rate limits, or interfere with other users.
  • Don't submit the application form with false information or on behalf of a firm you don't represent.

Membership terms (when accepted)

If your application is accepted, you sign a separate Partner Agreement. The high-level shape:

  • Quarterly contract. 90-day cycles, billed monthly, starting at $5,000/month. Tier and exact lead targets are agreed on the kickoff call.
  • Routed-lead guarantee. If we don't hit your quarterly target, the next quarter's membership is on us. We keep working until the pipeline catches up. Continued service, not a refund.
  • Commission on closed deals. 10–15% of deal value depending on tier and deal type. Paid on invoice collection (you collect from the client, then settle with us within 30 days).
  • Lead protection. 90-day exclusivity from handoff. After that, the lead returns to the network pool.
  • Non-circumvention. 24 months post-introduction. Standard, mutual, plain English.
  • Termination. End of any quarterly cycle with 30 days' notice. Existing deals in flight are honored to completion.

Independence & conflicts

We are independent of AWS and of every consulting partner in our network. No partner pays us to be listed. We choose routing destinations on tier, region, specialty fit, and recent performance — not on financial relationship.

Intellectual property

cloudroute.com's content, design, and code are owned by CloudRoute. The partner-readiness assessment we deliver per routed lead is co-branded and licensed to you for use in closing that specific opportunity. Partners retain ownership of their own client work product and case studies.

Privacy

We handle personal data per our Privacy policy. By using the site, you acknowledge those practices.

Disclaimers

cloudroute.com is provided “as is.” We don't warrant that it's uninterrupted or error-free. Numbers in our calculators (commission, ROI) are estimates based on the inputs you provide; actual outcomes depend on your sales execution, market conditions, and your AWS Partner Network agreement.

We are not your tax or legal advisor. Pricing and revenue forecasts are illustrative.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudRoute's aggregate liability arising from your use of the site (separate from any signed Partner Agreement) is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify CloudRoute against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. If a change materially affects existing partners, we notify them through the dashboard and by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware. Nothing here waives rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home jurisdiction.
